Problems

Key Issues to Address:

Here are some critical issues that need to be addressed:

  1. Farmers' income
  2. Environmental pollution
  3. Stray animals
  4. Overpopulation in cities

Challenges Confronting Farmers in Rural India

  • Seasonal crops do not offer adequate financial returns
  • High expenditure on fertilizers, chemicals, and labor results in low returns on investment
  • Crop yields do not match the effort and resources invested, making agriculture an unpredictable business.

Using excessive amount of fertilizers and pesticides

    • Burning of crop residue, which is leading to increased pollution

Farmers are facing financial hardships due to insufficient milk production from local cow breeds.

Praying Through Hardship

The abandonment of non-lactating cows by farmers during certain periods has resulted in a stray cattle issue in India.

Observation

All the top 10 cities from 2001 to 2011 just increased few percent!

From 2011 to 2021 all of them almost doubled in population.

Solution

Stop population migration to cities for better life.

Make rural areas sustainable

Solution

Haritika Group's "Green Revolution" initiative seeks to transform challenges into opportunities to empower rural communities.

The purchase of crop residue, which is usually burned, and its conversion into Green Gas not only addresses pollution but also creates an extra source of income for farmers.

By recycling by-products from the Green Gas production process like bio-fertilizer, bio-slurry, and NPK-rich fertilizers, farmers can reduce the cost of fertilizers.

Enriching recycled by-products with earthworms enhances soil fertility, which could lead to increased crop yield for farmers.

Local cow breeds can be more economically viable during dry periods through sustainable farming practices or value-added products, encouraging initiatives to harness their potential.

Empowering rural economies for self-sufficiency and positive impact for investors.

Our mission

Welcome to the Haritika Group, where we're all about ushering in a green revolution, turning rural communities into thriving, self-sufficient powerhouses. We've got our sights on a future where sustainability isn't just a buzzword, but a way of life.

Here's the game plan: we purchase agricultural waste that farmers would typically chuck away and transform it into Green Gas, a compressed bio-gas. But wait, there's more! We also recycle the by-products from our production process like bio-fertilizer, bio-slurry, and NPK-rich fertilizers, and give them back to the farming communities, all enriched with the magic of earthworms. This helps the soil stay fertile and healthy for generations to come.

We're not your average green team. We've got a double-pronged mission: to empower rural economies to be self-sufficient and to provide investors with a chance to make a difference. It's a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Our sights are set high: we want to touch the lives of at least 200 million families, creating a world where green innovation meets tradition, and sustainability equals prosperity. Join us on this journey!
